Based on the XmlPoints system, Sylvannia UO owns an automatic, unique and independent system of Crafting events.
To get this, a set of instructions will have to be done:
1. Each 6 hours there will be one of these events created randomly (2 hours of wait between events of different types), a message is broadcasted to all players.
2. A portal will appear in all banks. This done, all players that are willing to participate will be able to do it if they go into the portal in the next 15 minutes.
3. In 5% of the generated crafting events a certain ammount of GPs will be neccesary to participate. This quantity can be between 500 and 2.000.
4. It will be needed a minimum of 70 in the crafting skill associated with the event to be able to participate.
5. All the contestants tools are stored in a backpack inside their banks, and statics tools according to the event. If for any cirscunstance they are needed again, the contestant will have to double click any of the Tools Stones found around the place.
6. Once the 15minutes of entry runs out, the quantity of players is checked if it is lower to 2 the event is canceled, and the players will be teleported withouth the tools to their previous location before entering the event.
7. In the Team Crafting events, teams are balanced.. For this, number of contestants are checked in each team, and if they are not the same, the contestants that last entered will be taken out. In these events players will be assinged to a random team, to balance teams. At the moment teams are balanced players will have their participation assured. Number of teams is always around 2 and 4.
8. Event starts. To win crafting events, the duration comes with the necessary points to win or with time, the scoring can take a random value between 10 and 20 in individual events, between 30 and 40 in team events, while the time depends on the scoring stablished without being higher to 30 minutes.
9. Hiding is allowed, but not for more than 10 seconds. If this happens, the violator will be penalized loosing a point.
10. If there happens to be a disconnection, there will be 60 seconds to log on back, it this does not happen the player will be penalized loosing a point.
11. In the case that time runs out, all contestants will suffer a loss of 10 Points.
12. A chest will apear where the requiered items should be placed. There's always Three Types and to recognise them a double click on them will do. For each correct storage, the quantity of points won will be shown but if the wrong item is stored there will be a point loss
13. While the event is held, its status can be checked with the [evento command, it will also show the necessary items and their respective rewards.
14. It is completely forbbiden to harass other contestants nor act in benefit with them.
15. At the end, prizes will be given to winners, and all contestants are sent without the equipment to their exact place before they entered the event.
16. All prizes of the Crafting Events consist in Points and Credits that are given to the three winners, its quantity is determined by this formula: x * ( number of contestants / 2) being X = 5 for first place, X = 3 for second place and X = 1 for third place. Also if GPs were asked to participate, the 50% of all the accumulated money will go to the First Place winner, the 30% to the second place and the 20% to the third place. In the Team Crafting Event all the accumulated money will be equaly shared between the winner team members. And the quantity of Points and Credits will be the same as the Second Individual Prize.
